Is Calm Birth right for me?

Do you want to connect deeply with your baby and your body?
… and feel empowered with every breath?

Do you want to deepen your well of compassion
… to guide you through parenthood and life in this world?

Do you want to heal yourself and others energetically?

Do you want to empower your body and mind
… to bring the sacred into your birth?

Do you sense that you’re connected to all things
… and want to grow that feeling?

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, Calm Birth may be the unique prenatal meditation practice you’ve been looking for.

Sacred practices for birth and beyond

Calm Birth is based in advanced meditation traditions. It is secular (non-religious), based in the Tibetan Nyingma lineage, which was developed ages ago for anyone who interacts with the world. (Basically… it’s for everyday humans, not monks!)

These meditations teach you to work with your energy body and the Universal Energy Field. You breathe oxygen and vital energy. This literally empowers you to become more alive.

You can carry these practices through pregnancy, birth, and parenthood, into every breath of life.

Pregnancy is such a powerful time to build new habits. The practice of meditation will help you stay grounded, connected, and centered, through all of these profound life changes.

Meditation benefits health

Practicing meditation strengthens the immune system and enhances nervous system function. It improves the ability to work through challenges. Meditation builds compassion, connection, and confidence.

These benefits are passed on to the conscious child within.

Why Calm Birth?

There are lots of techniques for better birth out there. What makes Calm Birth different?

With Calm Birth, you….

  • Learn techniques that are based in ancient, advanced meditations that have been perfected over thousands of years.

  • Learn mindfulness, and then some! Mindfulness meditations are used a lot in pregnancy, and they have some great effects. Calm Birth takes mindfulness a few steps further:

    • Mindfulness teaches you to be aware of yourself, your sensations, and your surroundings.

    • Calm Birth’s meditations teach that, and more: they teach you how to be aware of the energy that connects all beings, and to use it fully.

    • You come into greater perception of what you and your child are, beyond your body and mind.

    • These practices can help bring a sense of the sacred and empowerment into your birth… and your life.

  • Connect completely with your body.

    • Some techniques like hypnosis tend to separate you from your body and your sensations of pain. While this works for some people, it’s not something you can do to deal with stress in everyday life… and it’s not ideal for people who have had trauma.

    • Calm Birth teaches a way to be fully aware of yourself and to transform challenging sensations and emotions into empowerment.

  • Develop compassion to yourself and others. You can face suffering or fear, in yourself or someone else, with the ability to transform it into healing.

  • Relax your muscles and nerves, connect with your conscious child within.

  • Refine your self-awareness and intuition, so you can tell what’s really going on with yourself, your body, and your baby.

  • Become your own greatest healer.

  • Come away with techniques that can be used in parenting and in literally breath of life!

“Calm Birth is a sublime gift to us all. The positive impact of it on society can’t be overestimated.”
